Very close to central station, we had a clean nice room. Little hot at night as could not turn heating down. The breakfast was very good buffet, only scottish delicacy was potato bread however. Over all well priced central hotel great for a city break.

Arrived at this hotel enquiring about getting early check in, were straight away told there was no way, then told to try and come back at 1pm to get an early check in. At 1pm checked in straight away and given key to room. Room was nice - tall ceilings, clean bathroom and bedroom, comfortable bed, city view from window....

It was clean, well situated for shopping, bars and places to eat, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious and had very adiquate tea/coffee facilities and the breakfast was lovely. The corridors were lovely and...

Arrived approx an hour before check-in but no problem booking in and was given room without the usual hanging around. Room was basic but clean, bed linen and towels were clean and changed everyday. The heating was on constantly which was good as it was cold outside. Tea and coffee replenished daily. We have been to Glasgow on previous occasions...

However we were expecting better than we received. The bed had the oldest lumpiest mattress imaginable. The the guy on reception had said to...

Check in firstly was awful, gave my details to the lady and asked her could I have a late check out (as I requested off booking.com) and she replied 'we make that decision' and told me if I wanted to stay an hour later I'd have to pay 10£ and if I wanted to stay until 1pm I'd have to...

We have stayed at this hotel a few times when visiting Glasgow as it's very central and reasonably priced. Breakfast is included in the price with a good range to choose from. Don't expect a great view, but the room is clean and staff friendly. Will definately be returning.
