The hotel is located walking distance from the city centre of Glasgow. The rooms and shared bathrooms are very clean and overall it's a nice guest house, except for the rude staff. Especially the two ladies who work in the morning when we went to get breakfast! Not good customer service at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful for local restaurants. Room was super clean with nice view across tree-lined street. Breakfast was good with good quantity. Walking distance to all kinds of night life (and not far from from city centre). Would come back in a heartbeat.

I made a cock up and booked us into a spa hotel for 3 nights instead of 4 so had to find somewhere on a Saturday night and I booked this. It is very much a B & B, we could hear the people on the 'phone next door, but our room at the front was immaculately clean, light, bright...

Bad things: there were so many holes in the walls haha. I don't understand how there were so many. The shower...

Another visit to this lovely hotel, reception staff great and always very helpful and friendly. Nice room again, only criticism, please can someone show your cook how to fry eggs, they are almost always either broken or so hard, I have to say the rest of the breakfast is superb, seems like a pretty criticism because we love this hotel,...

Lovely place to stay, and easy to get around in Glasgow for the main attractions. When I reaturn will be booking ahead to ensure my room. Please watch when booking as some rooms have shared bathroom. So if not the thing for you be sure to book one with. Being that the most time spent in a room is while...

Immediately I entered the room I felt like leaving immediately. The size of the bed was damn too small. It was a very single size bed. I managed till morning but was nit comfy on that bed. The full English breakfast was not full at all very small
