As has been said the location is very good I got no recognition for my Club membership and got room 455. Room 455 was clean and functional but the first thing I noticed was the terrible road traffic noise from the street way below. I thought the window was open but it was locked shut. I could only sleep with...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. As you know we are in a fantastic city centre location and unfortunately there can be noise from the road which we have no control over. We hope to see you back in Glasgow in the near future and that this has not deterred you from returning. Warmest...

We arrived in Glasgow at 7:00 on a overnight flight from Philadelphia. Travel weary, we were planning to drop our bags at the hotel and go for a walk. The front desk clerk advised us our room wasn't ready as the hotel had been full. He invited us to sit in the lounge and he would have a room made...

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's smack bang in the middle of Glasgow town center. The rooms are comfy and staff pleasant. The breakfast is average but it's supposed to be at the Express. So if you want to stay in the center of Glasgow and be comfy stay here.

First, location is great. It is near Glasgow Queen Street station as well as Glasgow central station. The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfy. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I managed to keep my luggage in the hotel as I arrived 2hours earlier than check-in time. The room design is impressive. There is free wifi everywhere in...

It is what it is. Would suggest skipping Glasgow, noisy, extremely dirty, not easy to visit. Burrell Museum was a bright spot. Golf at Haggs Castle was wonderful. Hotel, breakfast was OK, factory setting.

A lovely clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful with our requests. Good location for the theatre, restaurants and shops. The bus station is just around the corner and if you arrive by car there is a multistorey car park just opposite the hotel which does special rates for hotel users (ask...

I haven't stayed at the hotel for a few months but still the receptionist remembered me. The rooms as always, clean, the bathroom spotless. The hotel has had a makeover in the reception area, very nice. My favourite hotel in Glasgow.

A non inspiring hotel. Nice staff. Breakfast is a Holliday Express Inn standard. Boring. The rooms are clean and sufficient. The location is in front of a garage. The hotel is not a place I would choose to go back to if I visit Glasgow again.

this is an excellent hotel by Buchanan Bus Station. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the accessible room my daughter occupied had the best laid out bathroom we have found. Never having stayed in either Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express, we really didn't know what to expect - we were pleasantly surprised. Pleasant, helpful reception staff, spotless room (with quality finishings) comfy, warm bed, nice breakfast - no shortage of anything - staff were vigilant in replenishment. Will definitely use HIE again especially if we are staying within a...
