Basic, clean room with necessary amenities. Beds bit hard and not enough pillows. Had to keep heating on in room all night as duvet was very thin and the weather was below zero!?! Great location for SECC and good choice of buffet breakfast. Like other reviewers, we were not advised that there was only a pre-theatre set menu available prior...

Good Morning, Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry that you were cold and lack of pillows in the room. Next time you stay please do not hesitate to call reception as we can drop more pillows off and even some blankets which should help. Again I do apologise as you should of been made aware before you...

We were looking for a place to stay with our cat while hunting for an apartment and this hotel turned out to be life saver. People at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The bar is fun to hang out at but the restaurant is a bit depressing looking though the hotel is literally 2 minutes walk to wonderful...

Great location if going to the hydro or secc. Just over the road. Double room-clean, bed bit hard. Minimal noise from roads outside. Breakfast buffet great. Would stay again if going back to hydro. But far from pubs/shops otherwise.

Booked well in adavance and got a great deal for over night and breakfast, excellent location for the Hydro, SSEC and Science Centre. Friendly staff and spotless, rooms a bit on the small side compared to other reasonable hotels, but have all the facilities you need. One thing I would say is if your going to a concert or pre...

Good Morning. Thank you for your recent review. I am glad to hear you had a great stay with us. I can only apologise that you were not told on arrival that the menu would be pre theatre. This is something we normally do so I will check why this did not happen. I hope this does not put you...

Booked well in advance and got a great b/g deal ! Rooms spotless and comfortable. Great location for city centre , hydro , SECC etc. On a slightly down side our breakfast though plentiful, with a great selection , was a wee bit under cooked and luke warm. Plates were particularly cold. Maybe we were in a bit later. Despite...

We stayed here last week for 1 night for the Kevin Bridges Show at the Hydro. I've stayed here before on business so knew how good the location was, literally a 2 minute walk to the Hydro - perfect on the way out when everyone else is looking for taxis, we strolled back and enjoyed a drink in the hotel...

Stayed here during the week whilst attending Kevin Bridges at the hydro. The hotel is ideal for events at the hydro (especially in the winter weather) as it is only a 5 minute walk away. The staff at reception were very friendly however we were not told when check out was but this was not a problem as we were...

Good Morning. Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry our food let you down, I can only apologise we did not let you know on check in that it was going to be a different menu, on busy concert night we have a pre theatre menu as we are normally fully booked. We look forward to seeing you...

This is a budget hotel in a really great location for anything in the SECC area - literally a few minutes walk. It has free parking and is easy to find. Being a budget hotel it is quite basic, but the room we had was clean and functional. There is a small bar, though with limited seating it fills quickly...

Closest hotel to the Hydro. Practically front door. Nice enough hotel, comfortable bed and good shower. Pritty small rooms. Basically paying for location. Pritty much a travel lodge. Defo be back as the hyrdo is a nightmare to get away from when events finish.
