It's a Premier Inn so consistency, value and nice staff are standard. (how do they manage to have consistently good staff, yet the staff avoid speaking like robots off a script?!) Premier Inns are usually one of three types, converted in a building in a city centre, new build multi storey types, or tacked onto the back of a pub....

the stay was good, the hotel and facilities were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful as normal. I mainly use the premier inns on business and found the Glasgow east hotel to be as good as any I have stayed in.

All good - Typical Premier Inn - £35 for a sound proofed room with a very comfortable bed and friendly staff all round. Karen at reception was particularly helpful in finding us a taxi to nearby Uddingston. Pity she wasn't available later on when we were trying to get a taxi back from Uddingston bowling club, but the 40 minute...

This review is written almost solely because of the superb service from the night staff. Yes, the room was comfortable, yes the food was good and yes the welcome was warm. But what really stood out was the way the staff helped when there was a small family crisis, I cannot praise them enough.

It was my husbands 65th birthday so we had a bit of a family trip. We only stayed 1 night but the staff treat us like old friends, nothing seems...

Overnight stay. Could not fault it, staff warm and welcoming, room facilities so much better than anticipated, everything you could need. Great value. Would stay again. Didn't try the restaurant, but it looked very popular.

Really carn't recommend enough how good the staff are here, I read the reviews before I booked and that is what influenced my decicision. Would definitely stay here again when in Glasgow and will probably use premier inn as my first choice in future.

Well this was my 3rd visit back to the Glasgow East and will continue to use this one over the others I have tried in Glasgow. Although its not as convent the staff and food more than make up for it. You are always greeted by a smiling face morning, noon and night. The final selling point for me is...
