I had organised a later checkout with a staff member before checking in and was told that it wouldn't be a problem, upon our checkout we were charged £20 per hour we were late, the...

However,I stayed here last week, only to be 15 minutes to check in whilst the receptionist 'had to wait on a call from head office regarding my booking'. She asked if I'd stayed before and demanded dates of this, which I provided, a bit taken aback...

What s fantastic tour yesterday. So much history and discoveries in the original Victorian central station. Tour guide Paul was a walking encyclopaedia of the story that had us all enthralled. He knows his stuff and his humorous anecdotes only enhanced the whole experience. He is a class act. We will return to see the additions to the tour. Can't...

I choose the apartment as a last minute deal after being gifted with some tickets for a concert at the SECC. It was very reasonably priced, as it was I and my brother-in-law, we needed 2 rooms and no other Hotel came close to this price. We were arriving from further north in Scotland and drove there via the motorway....

This hotel is great value, clean and in a fantastic location. I can't complain about anything. It is an apartment so there is a lot of room as compared to other hotels. It is spotless and Anita in reception is very sweet. We also stayed here in Spring of 2016 and have booked next month for another visit. I think...
