After reading some reviews on here, we were expecting our accommodation to be tired and run down, but we were surprised and delighted to find a clean, fresh apartment, with all utensils and cookware in excellent condition, and with modern appliances in perfect working order. We arrived after reception opening hours, but we knew to pick up the keys from...

Excellent facilities could not fault it we had apartment 65 near reception. Everything you need to start you off toilet roll kitchen towel dishwasher tablets washing up liquid. We used the on site laundry with washing powder provided and it even has an iron and iron board. Towels provided and changed with sheets mid week - free landline phone. Parking...

We swapped our DVC points for a week here. Not up to DVC standard, a bit dated. In a good area in walking distance to Aviemore shops and restaurants. Nice walks at the back of the accommodations into woods. Beware the electric costs - we were told to put the water heater on and leave it on the whole time...

Comfortable 1 bed unit though very small. For all that there is quite a lot of cleverly designed storage space so quite adequate for 2 but would think that 4 staying (which the apartment is meant to accommodate) would fall over each other and no room for children to play. Few amenities on site but not really a problem as...

We stayed here as a family of four in a one bedroom apartment that could sleep six. The resort is within a a few minutes walk of the town centre and all the local attractions are a short drive away. The accommodation has everything you need for self catering and could sleep six although the bedroom had two singles and...

This is the second year we have stayed at Scandinavian Village. The first time we rented someone else's villa. We liked it so much we bought our own timeshare week. The two bed villas are ideal for a family of 4 or more. The villas may be a wee bit dated but are absolutely spotless, very well equipped and have...

Very impressed with Scandinavian village, never having been here before we weren't sure what to expect. Easily parked outside where we were staying (it was end of January so quiet season) and was happy to see we had a double bed room (I was worried after seeing some reviews). The apartment was cosy, clean, had a well stocked kitchen, powerful...

They werent able to come this year so i went with my partner, then my parents came up later in the week. I love the place but its in dire need of upgrading and modernising! Its just looking a bit...

We love Aviemore and many family members including ourselves have had many weeks timeshare in both the Apartments and Villas at Scandinavian Village right from when it was first built. We were looking forward to returning having not been to Scandinavian Village for a few years. We were in an Apartment and knew the accommodation provided. The issue is the...
