Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip in a double ensuite room in the main hotel building. Would be a 5 star review but let down by the mattress in my room being a few years past it's best before date. Other than that, while being a very down to earth sort of place, with a few new,...

The Hotel is just out of town, it has ample parking & wonderful views to the sea. My room was very large, clean & tidy with everything one could need. I guess this is a 'bus party' hotel but is good for a short stay. The staff are wonderfully helpful, I organised an evening meeting and all went smoothly thanks...

We booked a table for Christmas Lunch, but when we arrived and finally caught the eye of a disinterested barman we were told to sit anywhere. Ordered food and drinks at the bar and despite there being no one else in, the drinks took ages to arrive. Facebook must have been more interesting than serving customers. The soup my husband...

Stayed here for 1 night while touring round the north coast. Hotel has rooms for different budgets, I stayed in the cheap & cheerful room (en-suite) out of the main building. For the money it was excellent and would happily stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel to spend the night before getting on the ferry to the Islands. A well-organized reception sign-in for our group of 31 by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were large and clean, the plumbing was actually modern!! with reliable showers and toilets. My bed was a bit soft for my aching back, so I was given...

This was a basic hotel but fine for our overnight stay. It was easy to find and the breakfast was nice as well as the surrounding area. We stayed in the rooms outside the main hotel and could park right outside. Walking distance from beach and town.

This hotel has a lovely bar area with pool tables and good choice of bar lunch/ evening meals. It would be nice to feel that as a local you felt as welcome as anyone else, we would have liked to have eaten in the area looking out on the beautiful Pentland Firth but it is closed off to everyone unless...
