Spacious hotel. 2 bars. 2 eating areas. Reception staff lovely. Food very expensive. Breakfast was overcooked unfortunately. Great sleep although pillows very hard. No hair dryer. Duvet must have been 14 tog. Not great as there was no top sheet so you had to use it. All in all a good stay. I would stay again.

Everything was fine , our room was very hot......Not a lot of day light as there was only a very small window . I cannot say anything else about it. Why do reviews have to be so long, puts people off writing one.

Thanks for a great night at the start of our holiday, great dinner, great service throughout, good breakfast. We will be coming back. Ideally located just outside the town centre, not too far to walk into town and just far enough to be quiet for a nights sleep

Overall, this hotel was a great find. Staff there were friendly and informative about the area. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the pub downstairs was a neat hangout spot. Plus breakfast was included!

We booked here for a night as a stopover after visiting Culloden Battlefield. As we had arrived late in the day, we used the evening to visit the moor that is the battlefield and then went back in the morning to revisit and go through the visitor cente. The 11 am check out made it possible to do this and...
