Overall, this hotel was a great find. Staff there were friendly and informative about the area. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the pub downstairs was a neat hangout spot. Plus breakfast was included!

As we had arrived late in the day, we used the evening to visit the moor that is the battlefield and then went back in the morning to revisit and go through the visitor cente. The 11 am check out made it possible to do this and...

One night after returning to the hotel, we had drinks and played cards in the lobby area. They were very accommodating. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the city center which was close enough without being in the middle...

Hotel does not know if it wants to be a sports bar or a family friendly hotel. Fine if your on a trip with your mates, certainly wouldn't take my children! Sleepless night due to party in room right next door, a discount should have been offered , or at very least contact from hotel management with regards to my...
