I stayed at this guesthouse in April. The pricing was great at only £60 per night B&B with only a £7 supplement per person for a full buffet breakfast served between 07:00 and 09:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00 to 09:30 Saturday through Sunday. The rooms are very clean and modernised with tea and coffee making facilities. The beds are...

Comfortable and welcoming little guest house. Owner was lovely and helpful telling us all about the local pubs and restaurants etc and couldn't complain with anything. Clean rooms and comfortable. Never tried breakfast as had to hurry out but area looked clean. Central to centre of city centre and a stone throw from the river.

The rooms were spacious and clean as well as everything else in the hotel. The staff were friendly and were willing to help where they could. The breakfast was nice and there was a wide variety of things to eat. The only problem was I could hear every guest coming in and out of there rooms.

This B and B was comfortable and close to the centre of Inverness. The room was small though practical, with tea/coffee and shower. It was very quiet which was a bonus. Breakfast was buffet style and good quality. Shame we didn't really get a chance to talk to any staff though!

Parking in front of the hotel is public and You have to pay for it. It is not very expensive, but still not for free, not belongs to the property... Reception...

We were there for 1 night only & the owner was very helpful showing us a shortcut to the theatre, places where to eat afterwards. the rooms were lovely ideal for a 1/2 night stay. Breakfast was self service from 7-9, we went down at 8.30 some...

Room 35. Bedroom was clean and beds comfy. Bathroom suffers from surface damp. Has an accessible shower but the shower itself is an electric one with a poor spray flow. Only decaf coffee sachets available on the tray and lead for the kettle far too short so kettle has to be boiled elsewhere and carried - not good in a...

I stayed here one night as part of a Rabbie's tour. The rooms are a little basic and outdated, but clean and comfortable enough and the staff was friendly. Only a 10 or so minute walk into the city centre.

Do not recommend! 2 days before I was due to go I was involved in a serious RTA and so was unable to go. I was unable to complete their online cancellation and despite informing them of my situation I was still charged for the room! Disgusting!
