Booked 4 nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower although held in place with black tape! Excellent location with walking distance of the river, shops and restaurants. We just did room only so cannot comment on breakfast but took advantage of the hospitality tray. Would stay again. The only thing we found annoying was...

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, location of guest house was close to city centre but very quiet with little or no outside noise. The only niggle was the hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits which was provided and replenished each day - the only coffee provided was caffeine free

Stayed here on Sunday. Couldn't check in early as rooms weren't ready- had to wait until 3 which was a bit inconvenient but understandable. The room itself was very nice, clean and warm. Shower was great, though I can't wash my hair with shower gel. Shampoo would be nice. Slept well though and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was pretty...

My niece and I stayed for one night on our way through Inverness. It's in an ideal location and the breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin and our neighbors were quite loud but we still got a good nights sleep. Great place for the price.

Nice staff very well received, I think because of the family business. Old building very nicely maintained but you will hear lot of sounds when someone walking outside the room. Just few minutes walk from Cathedral and banks of Ness.

The location of Andross and Glencairn is quite conveniently located with lots of street parking. It is a 10 minute walk to a selection of bars & restaurants in the centre of town. We stayed in room #15 (at the very front of the hotel and facing the sidewalk): the room was large, modern and clean. I had two very...

My family of two adults and two teens stayed one night at the Ardross and Gencairn Guesthouse in July 2016. We found the lodgings very much as other reviewers had described them. The room easily accommodated all four of us with one double and two twin beds. It was clean and adequate. Decor and furniture were basic and functional. The...

Well cleaned room and and with space; three adults stayed very well in the family room. Close to the center - a few minutes from the restaurants and center: Very nice place to stay. We were received very well by the personnel, with place to park the car in the street with no extra payment after 5pm until 10 am
