This guesthouse claims to be a B&B but it is nothing like that. We came in and got a fast hello and our key with the message to leave it in the box if we left. That was it, no further instructions. Beds are terrible, pillows hardboard. Walls so thin u can hear everything even a few doors down. Breakfast if...

Helpful, cozy and comfortable. This is quite a big guesthouse... bigger than it looks from the outside. The rooms cozy and the bed comfortable. It was just right for a cool, grey end to a day of travel. The free wifi meant we could get in touch with friends. Reception were as well organised and helpful when we arrived as...

We had 5 days trip in Scotland, we stayed at 3 different 3 stars, this one stands out by far, very nice, modern and great location, staff is really nice also. they have funny rule of not brining food in the room, that wasn't an issue for us because we enjoyed eating outside, but still I think it's inconvenience !

We stayed here for three nights. The beds were fine but not great, and surprisingly short. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was a trickle. Fairly close to the shopping and restaurant district, and a pretty good value. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. This property needs updating and soundproofing, but is a value none the less.

Stayed here with my son on a 3 day trip. The room was comfortable but I could hear every sound from adjacent rooms. TVs, showers, flushing toilets, keys in doors opening/closing. Even low level talking was intrusive. Breakfast was self-service and plentiful.
