The proximity to Inverness via a short walk make Ballifeary Guest House a great place to stay in Inverness. Its located in a quiet street with lovely gardens. The rooms were very clean and Bill and Morag are lovely hosts who provide a delightful breakfast. The room we had could have had an exhaust fan in the bathroom for steam...

Our room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was delicious of eggs, sausage, and potatoe scone. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Located two blocks from a nice stroll down the river Ness.

We (two persons) spent two nights at this great location. The house is very charming and really tastefully arranged. The room was spacious, very well equipped, tidy, and clean. Very pleasant breakfast room with a very good breakfast menu. The accommodation is highly recommendable.

the location is central yet quiet, very pretty and tastefully decorated with fine ornaments. The hostess is perfect in every way, interested and helpful, loved the beautiful flowers in front garden and the fact that going out you can see herons and doves on the bank

I stayed at the Ballifeary house in 1994. My stay was just as wonderful then as it was this time. Bill and Morag manage this Guest House and make you feel like you really are a guest in their home. The Breakfasts are incredible and absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to the city centre and plenty of restaurants....

We arrived to a warm welcome and the offer of sherry in the lounge with other guests. As we had a dinner arrangement we declined. We were shown to our room which was large and spacious. The heating was on full, which made it too hot for us, but it was easily adjusted and by the time we returned it...

This was my first trip to Scotland and this charming B&B was much nicer than highly-rated accommodations in other Scottish locations! I loved my room, the hospitality, the atmosphere, everything. Breakfast was delicious and the communal room was really nice. Everything is clean and tidy, nice bathroom, comfy bed, lovely window and furnishing.... It's also a short and scenic walk...

I was booked into this B & B by business colleagues and was not looking forward to it as I have not had good experiences of B & B's before but Ballifeary is exceptional. The room was far nicer than many hotels I have stayed in, I wanted for nothing, absolutely everything was supplied from hairdryer to showercap and tea/biscuits...

This place is amazing. Large rooms, impeccable cleanliness, great wifi, upscale toiletries in bathrooms, etc.. We were in the mood for an Italian restaurant for dinner and Morag gave us a tremendous recommendatation within walking distance. Would highly recommend if you are sightseeing in Inverness ,
