We arrived to a warm welcome and the offer of sherry in the lounge with other guests. As we had a dinner arrangement we declined. We were shown to our room which was large and spacious. The heating was on full, which made it too hot for us, but it was easily adjusted and by the time we returned it...

This was my first trip to Scotland and this charming B&B was much nicer than highly-rated accommodations in other Scottish locations! I loved my room, the hospitality, the atmosphere, everything. Breakfast was delicious and the communal room was really nice. Everything is clean and tidy, nice bathroom, comfy bed, lovely window and furnishing.... It's also a short and scenic walk...

I was booked into this B & B by business colleagues and was not looking forward to it as I have not had good experiences of B & B's before but Ballifeary is exceptional. The room was far nicer than many hotels I have stayed in, I wanted for nothing, absolutely everything was supplied from hairdryer to showercap and tea/biscuits...

My husband and I stayed at Ballifeary House in September for five nights. We had stayed there before when the Luscombes owned it and had a wonderful experience so we decided to stay again, this time with Bill and Morag. It was great. The location is in a quiet area but an easy walk to the city and the rail...

Just returned from a lovely weekend at Ballifeary. The accommodation is beautiful. The house is about a ten minute walk along the river from the city centre. Beautiful views on a quiet residential street. Our room was immaculately clean with amazing attention to detail. The room we were in was really lovely. Comfortable beds and great facilities including TV with...

What a charming place with clean, comfortable rooms and great breakfast! This place is also a close walk to the River Ness and into the heart of Inverness. My favorite part was the chocolate mints left every night and the great breakfasts and service. Overall, a cozy place to stay while in Inverness!

We stayed here for 2 nights and was made to feel very welcome. Bill and Morag were perfect hosts and greeted us warmly. Morag gave us a map of Inverness and advised on the best places to visit. They had information on every aspect of Inverness. We looked through their folders of activities to plan our days and decide upon...
