We stayed here for 2 nights during a road trip. I was hesitant at first to book a guesthouse but it was a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival our room was ready and Morag gave us a quick tour and left us to it. The room was spacious, airy and clean. The bathroom looked newly refurbished. The communal areas could do... More

We stayed at Ballifeary Guest House for 2 nights with another couple for a wedding-rooms 5 and 6. We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much to ask from the hosts-they showed us around, told us how to get to the city centre, the restaurant we were going for a meal and how to get to the... This Guest House is worth every single one of it's four stars. The front garden is perfect down to a tee, the room was absolutely picturesque, and spacious enough for two people to move around comfortably with a suitcase on the floor as well. The owners were more than happy to assist with absolutely everything you could ask of them,... More

An immaculate guest house; our room was spacious, spotless, with a well appointed ensuite bathroom and extra touches. Bill and Morag are very experienced and helpful hosts. Elegant lounge area available for guests, off street parking and short walk along the river to centre of Inverness. Ample breakfast.

A friend and I stayed here for two nights and used it as a base for our explorations around Inverness. Superb service; our hosts were kind and gracious. They gave us a very nice map to help find our way around Inverness. The breakfast was delicious and they did everything they could to cater to our dietary restrictions (one of... More

A warm welcome was a great beginning to a couple of nights stay here despite all guests apparently arriving at once - you'd never have realised. The room may have been small and the bathroom more so but the delicious breakfasts and Bill and Morag's friendly charm more than made up for that. Very comfy room, spotlessly clean, and very... This was our second stay here. We so enjoyed our first visit that we decided to stay here again. We were not disappointed. Ballifeary Guest House is a short 10 minute walk from the town centre, railway station and bus depot. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

First class B&B in a quiet street, off the main route towards Loch Ness and Fort William but only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It has its own car-park area. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and well decorated, and breakfast was excellent. Could not fault it. Good value for money too.

We recently stayed here in Mid April 14 and it was a lovely and warm place. Bill and Morag welcomed us late in the afternoon after we drove up from Edinburgh, visiting Perthshire, Culloden, Loch Ness along the way. Ballifeary Guest House was well located in Inverness, a short walk to the city centre where all the shops are, and... More

Have been staying at this Inverness B&B for several years now and it never fails to come up to expectations. Located in a quiet location, close to the Eden Court Theatre and 10 minutes from the centre of Inverness, it is a great place for a relaxing stay. The spotless rooms have very comfortable beds and tea and coffee making... More
