Stayed at Christine's Guest house for two separate nights while doing the North Coast 500. The rooms were great and spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy. Bob was great and very friendly. The full breakfast we had was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this guest house. Bob even rang me to let me know I...

Dear Sid and Liz Thank you so much for your 'Fantastic' review and comments. I was only pleased to be able to spend a little extra time with such friendly guests. Until the next time, cheers. Bob

We only stayed one night and arrived rather late but were warmly welcomed. Bob and Christine have a lovely home and provided a fabulous full breakfast in the morning. The room was small with a small bed - maybe a little small for two people. We had a shared bathroom/shower that was spacious. Shower temperature was a little touchy. Place...

Dear Simon F Thank you for your review and comments. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. You are however quite correct of your room description but it appears to be the most popular with our booking guests. Just to explain, here is the room details....."Small room with a double bed (Queen) Ideal for those on...

We arrived about 7:30pm, a little later than expected and I was worried since we hadn't given any advance notification of our slightly late arrival since I know there are some B&Bs that require it. But when we arrived Bob greeted us and told us it was absolutely not a problem. We were very relieved and immediately felt very welcome....

Dear Melissa D Thank you very much for your review and very descriptive summary, more than the usual I might add. Most importantly you have had a pleasant stay and fond memories of your visit to and around the Highlands. 'Bon voyage' and good luck. Bob and Christine

Just enjoyed a great one night stay with Bob and Christine in their beautiful home. Right from the initial booking phone call, through my unsociably late arrival, great night's sleep and amazing breakfast; the care and attentiveness offered by this lovely couple was first class. I had a great stay and I can't wait for my next work trip to...

From the start when we called to book for the night, Bob was very helpful even through the booking process. He was present at check-in, gave us all the information necessary, including a good place to have dinner which turned out to be an absolutely excellent food experience. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the place was overall...

Dear KarinNygaard0611 Thank you very much for your review and comments. We only recommend local eateries from previous guest experiences. I am so glad that yours was as gratifying as theirs and I can continue to recommend. We do sympathise with the shared toilet but unfortunately the house plumbing will not allow. Should you visit the Highlands again, you will...

There were 5 adults in our party who stayed here while exploring this beautiful region of Scotland. Accommodation was scarce at this time of year especially close to the town centre. My wife and I stayed in the double room, and the other 3 adults shared the family room. The double room was large, had its own shower, and was...

Dear Patrick T I cannot thank you enough for your 'longish' review and I shall respond accordingly. Now, let's go back to the beginning to our first communication in mid January 2015 via our website inquiry form. You asked for a double for yourself and wife, a room for your sister and her adult daughter and a third for a...

Great little B&B, very clean and tidy, just a short walk from town centre. Stayed 2 nights while exploring the Highlands. Host very friendly and helpful, room very well presented (tea / coffee, TV), great breakfast. Easy parking. I was in a non-en-suite room so shared the shower with one other room, but this was no problem at all. Highly...

This b and b is very handy for town and the waters edge. Bob met me and made sure that I was OK during my stay. I slept well in a very quiet room. Bob does a very very good breakfast and I was able to lock my expensive bicycle up in his secure garage. I would definitely stay here...

Dear alan w Thank you for your review and comments. I am pleased that you enjoyed your breakfast and stay. I suppose there is only so much a person can take of 'Scotland the brave' but on the other hand, it is unusual for a guests to sit for so long. 'Carry on biking'. Best wishes, Bob

Confortable room, nice location and wonderful people. We had so much trouble on our travel and staying at this house has been a great confort. Bob is an excellent cook who made some great scottish breakfast! And Christine's welcomed us warmly and made sure everything was fine. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Inverness, they won't regret it!

I made the big mistake of accidentally not paying for breakfast. I would have happily paid for this as an extra if this was offered on my arrival. The room was small but adequate. A comfy bed and a wash basin, tv etc. Wi-fi worked fine too. It wasn't ensuite which wasn't an issue for me but you can get...

Dear Ed S I am at a loss as to why I am to blame for your own admission of mis-booking? Yes, it was unfortunate you did not take the option of breakfast but a booking is a booking. I can only take guests needs and requirements for the price they wish to pay. I also wonder why you stayed...
