Had the best experience here!!! Guest house is located near town centre and is easy to find. Our room was small, but cozy and nice, because our bathroom was in another room. Donald and Caroline are very nice hosts, who are really interested in your trip and help with advices if they can. We stayed there for 4 nights and...

We received a warm welcome and enjoyed very much staying with Caroline and Donald in their beautiful house where we stayed two nights in a very nice and well appointed double room with a private shower and en-suite facilities. The breakfast was excellent and served by the host himself who was perfectly informing and entertaining in a very homely breakfast...

The owners are very kind and ready to give you any information you need. The rooms are lovely and breakfast one of the best I tried. The house and Inverness are both beauties that you cannot miss, even for a very short stay.

Disappointed to be told this by the owner immediately upon our arrival. Pity we weren't informed when we booked for the Tartan Heart Festival. Very awkward staying with an attitude that makes you feel unwelcome. Will definitely book elsewhere next time. May suit a quieter clientele?

Excellent location, nice hosts made our stay memorable and comfortable. Great guidance to our special requirements regarding eating places ( vegetarians) made it pretty easy for us. We almost felt like being in home away from home.

We spent here two nights and we felt as at home. It is nice, comfortable guest house. Owners are very nice people, helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided was typical, but very tasty. It is located ten minutes from city center in quiet residential area. I hope will have a chance to return back again.

Two nights in this lovely b&b wasn't enough, we were on shanks's pony and it was an easy walk over and beside the river to reach it from the railway station, very accommodating owners, nothing was too much trouble, we were in room no1 which had its en suite toilet but separate private shower, that was really nice as the...

A lovely house. Perfectly situated. A most charming and helpful couple who helped us organise our evening meal. (Fish & chips by the river watching the salmon fishermen) A very nice walk from here into town past the theatre and along the river Lovely breakfast. Highly recommended and will use again.
