The guest house is in a lovely spot just a short walk along the river from the city. The owner could not have been more welcoming, she was even standing at the gate for my arrival. The room was very comfy and had everything i needed. The breakfast was just the job lots of choice and cooked to perfection. This...

Couldn't have been a more pleasant welcome. After approximately 8 hours driving this was our one night stop over before the next part of our journey. The hostess was so pleasant and welcoming, freely offering local advice for our benefit, our dog was made a fuss of (which of course he loved). There was a lovely walk just across the...

This was a great place to stop at the end of the Great Glen Way. The rooms were very traditionally laid out but the fittings were modern (especially the shower) and the comfort couldn't be questioned. The B&B is dog friendly and Molly was provided with a breakfast sausage. The location is excellent and the small park at the front...

This was exactly what the doctor ordered after a 9 hour drive. We were taking over a boat the following day so needed a good night's rest.Very comfortable and well appointed. And the breakfast was just the thing to set us up for the day. The fact that we had a dog with us was no problem at all it...

We stayed here 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. Yes, as mentioned in some other reviews, the room was a little overstuffed with furniture but it wasn't uncomfortably so. Good bed, hot shower, beautiful view and great breakfast. Our hostess noticed that my husband was particularly fond of one of her family-made breads and made sure to have it...

We stayed here before starting the Great Glen Way. The room we had was at the top of the house so a little warm but the beds were comfy and the bathroom was very well fitted out. We were given chocolates and biscuits in the room. The owner was lovely, very friendly and offered lots of information for our walk....

The Cavell House was the perfect ending to our Great Glen Way walk. When we arrived a bit of an electrical issue was discovered. We decided to get out of the way and let them handle the issue without being under foot. After a nice dinner and drinks with friends we arrived back to the problem solved and a lovely...

I'm only giving this five stars as six isn't an option. Clean and comfortable rooms with a fantastic breakfast, get the full Scotch breakfast. The inn keeper felt more like a friend than anything else. Also this B&B is close to downtown but in a nice quiet area.

An old, slightly rambling, but comfortable town house bed and breakfast. I have stayed a few times and always enjoy it. The front rooms have great views over the river but are over stuffed with furniture. Camilla is a great hostess but she likes to talk; her breakfasts are superb and the breakfast room has some beautiful pieces of wood...

Friendly and welcoming, they even gave a little doggie goodie bag on arrival for my border terrier. Just fab. Cheap and good value for money with a great cooked breakfast to keep you going. Ideal location if you have a dog as it is a lovely walk along the river into Inverness. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if...
