We had a short break at Easter Dalziel in April (yes, there is a place called Wester Dalziel as well). The weather cooperated, more or less, and the fields were green and beautiful,. Highland cows and calves, sheep and lambs, made the walks interesting and fun. The location is splendid, far enough from Inverness to be quiet and peaceful, but...

Great stay in the Highlands with family and friends. Very warm and toasty. It was amazing to see the Highland cows and cute lambs just outside the cottage in the farm. It was perfect accommodation for five of us. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is spotless. Definitely recommended! I would love to visit again.

Rowan Cottage was all we needed for a great stay in the Highlands. Outside the wind was howling, but inside we were toasty warm and cozy. With two bedrooms and a small sitting room and kitchen, this is a good base for a few days. Located almost exactly between Nairn and Inverness, Easter Dalziel Farm is also a quick jump...

We rented all three cottages to accommodate a large family party ranging in age from 2 years to 105. The cottages were ideal for everybody. A ground floor bedroom with en suite suited the older members while the younger members adored the freedom of the very safe garden area and toys. All the cottages were warm and very comfortable with...

We (three adults) booked the Rowan Cottage for one week. And had a great time exploring Scotland. All sleeping rooms were well prepared, with bed(s), table, chair and a wardrobe. The living room is big enough to sit there together in the evening. WiFi is available on request, so you can plan the trip for the next day. In the...

We spent the week of the Masters World Championships of the Highland Games here at Easter Dalziel with 13 friends, mostly from Colorado. It was September and the weather was still fabulous. The accommodation was very comfortable, and we spent several nights--all 13 of us--sitting in the living room telling tales and relaxing. The kitchens and bedrooms were very good,...

We booked all three cottages for the weekend prior to my friends wedding. The place was absolutely spotless and most of the rooms including bathrooms and kitchens recently renovated. We cooked dinner both nights and the kitchens had absolutely everything you could think of. The setting is also lovely with green fields, trees, new lambs and Highland cows on all...
