Having stayed at the Croit Anna hotel, i have nothing but praise for the friendly staff, simple but cosy rooms, and wholesome food. Let's remember, this is not a 5 star deluxe hotel, but a large 2-3 star Hotel B&B, with a no thrills accomodation more suited to the budget consious traveler. My room, no 87, was clean and tidy,...

This place is easy to find - just on your left as you leave Fort William, towards Glencoe. I suggest you keep driving and find somewhere else to stay! It is not wheelchair accessible, as most of the rooms are up stairs, and it as no lift. I asked if someone would kindly take my bag up the 2 flights...

We had an excellent stay at Croit Anna Hotel last week. The welcome was warm the room was nice with a beautiful view over the Loch. The food was good, varied and always hot and the waitress service was first class.

This hotel purports to be 3star. How can it when the beds are not made properly, the bathroom hasn't had a deep clean for months and where one of its two bars has been locked up and out of action for so long that the staff have forgotten it is there? Like other hotels in the area, its setting is...

We stayed here for 6 nights with Whittles Coaches. The outside of this hotel is not particularly inviting. We arrived late afternoon with half hour before evening meal. Our room was on the side of the hotel and quite dark, so no view, but it was large enough with comfy beds and on the ground floor as requested. However it...

First off, the waitress/waiter staff were very good, no complaints there. When we arrived on day 1, after a very long journey ( 11 hours )we climbed the stairs, as there was no lift, of which we were OK with but others elderly residents were not. we put our cases in our room which was on first sight was lovley,...

My friends and I went on this short trip with David Urquhart Tours leaving Stirling and heading for Fort William where we stayed 3 nights., dinner, bed and breakfast. Food which was quickly served was good and staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room on ground floor was large, clean, comfortable. The decor a wee bit tired but nevertheless...

Arriving at the Croit Anna is a depressing experience. Situated by the beautiful Loch Linnhe it has a dreary dull and dirty frontage with broken tables and chairs and unused concrete planters (at least 3 dozen). We paid for a Loch view which would have been worthwhile had the windows been clean. You won't starve as the food is ok,...
