This was a great overnight stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well thought through, providing all that you needed to a good standard. We felt the evening meal was a little bland, however service was great as were the views

Bus depot is next to train station and complete opposite end of town from Macduff. Bus goes past hotel door. We used the normal commuter train to Mallaig (£11 return) and it also stops at the Glenfinnan tower for photos. Fish and chips very good in Mallaig station.
