Cawdor House was an absolute gem. It's a beautiful stone built very close to the centre of Nairn. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with tasteful pieces and fabrics. We had the Garden Room which had its own entrance and was prettily furnished, warm and comfortable. Breakfast is taken in the main house and the quality and selection of...

I would highly recommend the Cawdor house, Paul & Dora are wonderful hosts. Paul is a wealth of historical knowledge. We enjoyed the accommodating, breakfasts and dinners were wonderful. The location is central to many pubs, quaint shopping and hitorical sites. The beaches were lovely as well.

This little gem was one of the highlights of a recent Clans and Castles tour. Paul and Dora treated us like family, the rooms were home-like and comfortable, and Paul's cooking was better than a lot of the restaurant meals! Wish we could have stayed a week!

Lovely accommodation, breakfast was great. Nothing was a problem for Paul. Stayed for a few nights with friends. Went for a few walks by the coast and ate in a local restaurant recommended by Paul...very good. Two Championship golf courses in the Town by the coast, minutes away. I certainly will be returning to stay at Paul's to play both.

Stayed here for a 2 night break in January 2016, the house is beautiful, the rooms very clean, cosy with comfortable beds, the owners were very friendly and there was no problem accommodating my Gluten Free requirements with Gluten Free Toast for breakfast! Would definitely return to this lovely Bed & Breakfast.

Just had a great few days at Cawdor House with friends. Paul and Dora went out of their way to make us welcome. So handy for train station. Room was lovely as were dining and sitting rooms - all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious too. Really can't fault this place in any way shape of form! Defo 5*

Spent four nights here with a friend. Fabulosity house and furnished to suit the building. Paul, the owner was very informative of the history of the house and the area. House and rooms were spotless and very welcoming. Paul showed us around the house and every room had different features. A four poster bed in one,and a lovely garden room....

Stayed with friends at Cawdor House recently and had a great time!! Paul and Dora really made us feel at home, the room was generously sized and very comfortable - and the breakfast was fantastic with that locally sourced feel that makes all the difference.
