Booked at very short notice. Owner was very welcoming. Interior of the hotel was recently renovated and room was of good quality. Breakfast was excellent. Easy walk through garden to the promenade and beach access. Short stroll into town.

We had stayed here for 3 nights and were allocated the suite in the basement, which at first we were a bit wary of. However, after staying for the first night, we realized that it offered a lot more privacy, with the separate entrance and exit. Additionally, we made good use of the kitchen and supplies that were provided -...

Where do I start?! From the second we entered the Invernairne we were made to feel welcome. On finding out it was our anniversary we were given the most beautiful room with a view to die for (see picture!) Camilla with her boundless energy, Ryan with his Orcadian easy manner and their son, the fearless and funny Max are great...

Recently redone, the decorating is so lovely. The beds and the pillow, even better. Breakfast was perfect - best we have had in our 8 day trip thus far. Highly recommend. The only negative to the lovely room is that it is quite small, 2 suitcases are up on tables since there is no room for a luggage rack. But...

Speaking on behalf of 6 golfers from Canada, I will confidently pass along that we absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Invernairne Hotel! Chris, you can imagine us running around serving breakfast to a large Belgium group and I opened your review grabbed Ryan and Max and read it out! Then ran back to burnt toast (I didn't serve it!) Thank you it really does make everything so worth while. You and your friends were absolutely wonderful last week we had blistering sunshine...

We stayed at the Invernairne for two nights as we were golfing in the area. Friends of mine had stayed here the past July before the renovation. Camilla and Ryan have done a great job of restoring this historic place to modern standards. They spent 5 months and a few pounds fixing carpets, toilets, showers, beds, plumbing, electrical and many...

There are a few places to choose from when staying in the Nairn area on business or socially. This has to be about the best in terms of value and quality that I have come across. Comfortable rooms in a small hotel that has been recently and tastefully upgraded sine Camilla and her family took it over, about a year...

Thank you so much for your review. We are so relieved everyone loves the refurbishments and that they feel welcome and part of the family. I said to my website designer yesterday "We are not a hotel, we are a feeling." So he said well just write that then :)

We last visited this hotel in 2015 and it is now being refurbished under new management. We have just come to the end of a wonderful, comfortable stay in a modern room which was immaculate. This corner room looked onto the sea and was actually a family room which is ideal for anyone coming with children. This is a beautiful...
