Eat here quite regularly and we are very surprised that it is so quiet for meals. The food is always lovely, very well cooked and large portions. The proprietor and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

For £85 for two the room was very basic, no chairs, very old small TV, bathroom with only a soap dispenser at the sink, no toiletries in shower and no shelf in shower to put them on. Breakfast was also very basic, orange and a little cereal, no fruit or yogurt, the coffee too weak to drink, bacon cold and...

The Station is a family run hotel situated on Harbour Street, Hopeman and offers accommodation, does meals and has a bar. Jimmy and Sylvia are friendly proprietors and they also lay on fairly regular live music, do weekly poker sessions and in the winter enter darts teams in a local league. We had a meal at the Station on Saturday...

Just stayed for one night, the hotel did everything expected. It was clean, tidy, beds were comfy. Ate in the restaurant, which had a fair few in, and the food was good, home cooked style meals. Can't complain!

Stayed here for four nights and couldn't fault it. Bedrooms are a bit basic and possibly could be done with a little 'tart up' but for a small village i can see it would be alot of work and cost but i had no problems at all getting a good nights sleep and the food was absolutely spot on. Just...

Been to the station a number of times for a meal and can't fault it. The staff are always friendly and obliging. The food is good wholesome traditional pub grub and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back again as the hosts are always most welcoming.

Stayed in hotel on the first night of our walking holiday doing the Moray Coastal Trail. Everything was very clean but the bedrooms could maybe do with a revamp. The TV did not work and there was no soap in the toilet. We had a meal at night which was a little average but the breakfast in the morning was...
