Stayed here for one night and enjoyed it. Within easy walking distance of the city or very reasonable taxi service. Owners were away so John was in charge and from our experience was doing a great job. Great choice of breakfast. We had full cooked and it was excellent! Will definitely make a return visit.

A friendly well run hotel. Nicely furnished throughout with nice spacious rooms, big beds, tastefully done and not twee. Great breakfast and evening meal cooked by the chef owner. He is the life and soul of the place making you feel very welcome Near a busy road but not to intrusive. Food and drink a little pricey but generally worth...

After a weeks travelling and experiencing different hotels, im so happy to say that our final stop was in this little gem of a find. The attention to detail and the warm customer service was of 5 star level. The rooms are clean and modern.. Little things like steamproof bathroom mirrors and immaculate spacious rooms make it. The hotel over...

We stayed here for a family birthday meal and celebration. Remo and his team gave a very warm welcome, the food was super and the rooms we stayed in have been recently refurbished. Very comfortable. The hotel is on the edge of town but you can walk in if you want to. Highly recommended

What a fabulous little hotel! First thing to say is that this isn't a Holiday Inn, nor is it Gleneagles. It's a relatively small, owner-run establishment, with very personal service from the chef/patron Remo, his wife Georgina and Manager John. It would be unfair to simply call it a B+B, but DON'T come here expecting a heaving bar, throngs of...

we stayed in her first in October 2014 and on December. The rooms ware spacious, the linen was smelling like soap. The breakfast was the best. The host is a chef and takes his job serious. When he find out we are vegetarian, he cooked us very special breakfast and served us variety of cheeses, fruits and croissants. The staff...

Easy to find hotel, head into Perth from the north side of the bridge from the Broxden by pass. One mile along on the right . friendly greeting, the reception faces straight onto the car park. Escorted to room! Nicely appointed with decent fabrics. Rather hot for those of us conditioning ourselves to cooler bedrooms. Good nights sleep. Excellent hot...

We stayed here for an evening and received a friendly welcome on our arrival. The room was spacious and had a great view over Perth. The bathroom was quite small but that's all we needed. Breakfast was lovely too. Highly recommended.

We stayed with John while passing through Perth. We made a last minute reservation and he was more than accommodating. When we told him we had just got engaged during this trip, he let us have the large front room. It was very kind of him! The location was a quick walk to the town (no more than 10 minutes)....
