Stayed for 1 night to do some Xmas shopping and got a deal on booking.com. Room was a decent size with a separate seating area. Was clean and bed was comfy. Problem we had with the tv was fixed straightaway. Food was really good and staff were very helpful. Location was 2 minutes from the centre. Would recommend and would... More

Rooms were very cold asked for heating to be sorted and was told just to turn it up which we had done already. Rooms very dated and in need of upgrade. Hotel Breakfast was good but could have had hotter water for tea

Excellent staff and good central location. Resident bar was also very welcoming and reception desk staff professional and fun. Room warm and cosy and clean. Although on a main road not noisy at all. There was no lift but managed the 2flights of stairs even though we are pensioners. Not a lot of parking but was lucky as parked the... More

My overall opinion was this hotel was just what we needed for our trip. The party include myself, daughter and 8 month old granddaughter. We were on the second floor which I knew when I booked had no lift. The pushchair was safe at the bottom of the stair way. We were at the front of the hotel which didn't... More

Stayed here for two nights while in Perth for a birthday weekend away, good sized twin room, clean and bright with two large windows overlooking the Main Street, wee bit noisy in the morning, a short stay so no problem, clean fresh towels daily, maid service daily, large bathroom, wall mounted T.V. hair drier and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good... More

Our room was very dated, the shower barely trickled and the radiator made noises all night. The rowdy revellers returning in a steady stream from 3 to 4am ensured a nigh on sleepless night; arguably the lack of consideration shown by our fellow travellers was partly to blame but the total absence of any form of soundproofing between rooms was... Went on a Saturday for lunch with my daughter. It was quite busy and I was glad we had booked. We had an itison for lunch and glass of wine. We received the same service and menu has everyone else, not always the case with itison deals. The waiter was very nice and helpful. The menu was a very typical... More

We stayed over the weekend of 4th & 5th November, in general room was ok as the price reflected this, had a meal in the bar on the first night yet again was ok and quite cheap, we failed to read the welcome pack which stated front door gets locked at 11pm however it would be nice for reception to... We stayed here on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th November. The room was basic, but clean and tidy. On our second night we were given the wrong room key by the night porter. A genuine mistake, but certainly worrying that we still got into the right room!!!!! Around half an hour later( around 2am) the porter knocked on our door... More

Was given a voucher to go here for a family occasion and it was lovely. Food was great, service was great and it just had a lovely relaxed atmosphere considering it was a busy Saturday. We will definitely return
