We recently stayed here for one night and can't recommend highly enough. It is located on the main road and has some off street parking. It is very clean and the rooms looked as if they had recently been decorated. Despite being on the main road we heard no noise. Our twin room had comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom....

Stayed here for one night as we were passing through. Last minute booking. Such a lovely cosy B&B. We got a friendly welcome from the owner (I think) and shown to our rooms. The room had recently been redecorated to a great standard, it was very luxurious. A kettle and refreshments were provided. WiFi was available in the room. There...

We stayed one night in this immaculate little Guest House on the Main Street in Pitlochry. Check in smooth and our room was pristine. Decor was top quality and every little thing had been thought of including a bottle opener with a safety cork on the screw! Breakfast was varied and freshly made. Parking was available which in a busy...

Amazing smoked salmon with a poached egg for breakfast as well as tasty fruit mix. We had the bedroom with the separate toilet which is only...

Nice guest house, very clean and nice room. Breakfast excellent but unusual having to share tables nowadays. Parking a small problem with only room for 5 cars 3 of which get parked in. No system for getting you out. Greeted by very pleasant you lady and looked after well.

Stayed here for three nights last week as we crossed the Highlands and Speyside. Beautifull room at the corner and looking both ways on the streets, shops and a nice park & memorial. Nice room for beakfast, but unaccustomed sharing a table with two others. (there could be space enough for seperate tables for 2 I think); minor point is...

Just back from staying at Rosehill Guest House for a few nights. Absolutely beautiful guest house. Superb food, spotlessly clean and the service is excellent. Nicely located for shops, bars etc. Stunning little terrace.

We stayed in Pitlochry at this lovely BnB for two nights on recommendation and didn't regret it. Quiet, comfortable, central and friendly. We had a 460 km round trip the next day and appreciated being able to return that night to this haven..
