Lovely birthday treat with the girls . What a delightful place and right on our door step. Highly recommend. Very relaxing and calming. Can't wait to go again soon. Hopefully when the weather is better!

Great location with a decent pool, sauna and a small gym. Just off the main street so close to all bars and restaurants. The hotel also has a bar attached (McNabs) that has a really good menu for food.

I booked an overnight stay for my sister's special birthday. . I was a little worried due to previous reviews. They are right in saying there is a musty smell in the public areas. However this is overtaken by the extremely welcoming staff. Who could not do enough to help, very attentive and friendly. We stayed in a family room...

I hate having to give such a poor review on trip advisor …. But I must, but I want to stimulate that this is not a slant at the staff who work very hard here in this hotel but more of the hotel itself…. My husband and I stayed here last weekend on a dinner bed and breakfast rate in...

This Hotel's website does it far more justice than it deserves. It is run down and extremely shabby! Overpriced for a tiny twin room with small single beds one against a wall! I'm 5'3 and my sister 5'1 and we had to bend to get under the shower! The room was musky and dingy! The public areas clearly need a...

My partner and I are regulars to Pitlochry and always recommend it to others. We have stayed in guest houses and other hotels but this hotel did not meet expectations. Just back from a 2 night stay and I am very unimpressed. Run down with musty smell throughout the hotel, in need of a refurbishment in all areas. Our room...

If you need a break don't reach for a chocolate biscuit have a short break at this hotel. We stayed recently with our 3 grandchildren and can only praise our whole experience. From my initial phone enquiry to checking in at reception to meeting the restaurant staff to the pool staff our whole holiday was perfect. The staff work tirelessly...

Nice enough, but could be improved with some investment in the guest bedrooms. The rooms are starting to look pretty tired, and I'm no expert in these things but I'd really like to think that Crerar Hotels are going to spend a decent sum on refurbishing them soon to get them back to the standard that they need to be....
