A really great place within walking distance to many dining places in Pitlochry. Despite a central location, it is very quiet and no noise from city alarm and traffic. Very friendly host who provides very good service.

This is a quality B & B and difficult to fault. The rooms are excellent, clean, tidy and has everything you would need. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast choice is impressive and nothing is too much trouble. Location is good close to Pitlochry which is in walking distance. Does have WIfI but not the strongest in the...

This was our return to Craigatin after quite a long absence (mainly due to the fact they're always booked up way in advance!) I was delighted to find that despite the numerous awards and accolades, Martin and Andrea hadn't rested on their laurels but continue to set the standard others aspire to. Great room, great breakfast and great service. As...

My wife and I stayed here on Saturday 6th May. The accommodation is great and the room feels more hotel than B&B (I think this is a good thing). We received a warm welcome and our stay although short was great. Breakfast on Sunday morning was excellent. Would stay again without hesitation - good value.

Quietly located but still in walkling distance to the buzzing centre of the (small) Scottish town Pitllochry. Our room was spacious and pleasantly furnished, and - most important - the mattrasses were of good quality. We'll definitely come back!

Great place for a romantic couple of days. Lovely hosts and very high quality bed and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette Arnold Bennett. Yum! Host had good recommendations of things to do and plenty of insider tips.

Lived up to expectations. Friendly hard working owners. Lovely old house and courtyard. Very handy for shops and The Auld Smiddy if you want a nice dinner. Read on earlier reviews about noise from road and railway line .....we didn't hear a thing, quiet peaceful and stylish Boutique B&B. Hope to return here, one of the best.

We had a lovely 2 nights stay. The host, Martin and Andrea, were friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with efficient waitress. The B&B is near to the town and you can have lovely walk along the river. We enjoyed the dinner at the Auld Smitty Inn, recommended by the host, which is a short...

Friendly and efficient service, in a relaxing and comfortable house. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our favourite place to eat, the Auld Smiddy Inn, was up to its usual standard. Lots of local walks to follow from the house, perfect for a spring stroll before supper. The breakfast was excellent, with a friendly and efficient waitress. Beautifully landscaped gardens....
