This was a second visit for us. The ownwers are fabulous hosts and we had a great New Year Break. The breakfasts are amazing - lunch is not required believe me! Dalshian is a little way out of town but dont let that put you off, the stars on the walk home are beautiful!

We have stayed with Martin and Heather at Dalshian many times over the past few years and is always our first choice when visiting Pitlochry. The rooms and very comfortable and clean and the breakfasts are exceptionally good. There is an excellent choice of fruit and cereals, and Martin's cooked choices are fantastic and we can honestly say they are...

My friend and I traveled to Scotland for 10 days in October 2016. Along the way we stayed in 5 B&Bs and one "glamping" cabin. Although all were lovely and some were very upscale, Dalshian was my favorite. We were welcomed to the house by Martin and shown our room. The home itself is over 200 years old and as...

Upstairs to large comfortable bedroom a red squirrel is on the bed with the do not disturb badge if you want time to yourself. Large on suite bathroom.Everything was...

Enjoyable overnight stay on our way up north. Nice breakfast. I liked the bird feeders outside the dining room. Better than the telly! I would have no hesitation in recommending this B&B to anyone looking for a quietly stay near Pitlochry.

Just off the A9 but in quiet grounds with friendly hosts. Don't be put off by the traditional external appearance, the interior is very comfortable. Thermos of iced water a nice touch. Fabulously comfy bed and beautiful breakfast.

Only a short drive to the centre of Pitlochry. Room was clean and spacious overlooking the garden. Dogs made welcome. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice and large supplies of tea and coffee. Made to feel very welcome. Would happily stay here again if in the area.

My Husband and I arrived late, tired and hungry. Heather met us at the door, got us quickly checked in and settled, reminding us that most area restaurants would soon be closing. Our room was large, clean and comfortable, with a nice view. Breakfast was delicious in the pretty dining room. Our only regret was that we only had one...
