Good find...I requested a lower floor room and got one. Steps up to the outside door not mentioned to us but manageable for me, but wouldn't be if wheelchair bound. Slope street up to property would also prove difficult. Very friendly greeting and lovely breakfast.

I stayed at Ashtree House my last night in Scotland as it is less than 10 minutes from the Glasgow airport. The hotel, a Regency Georgian Town House with a courtyard and a walled garden offers large, comfortable rooms with en-suite. My room was clean and tastefully decorated with a large, comfortable bed. The room had everything you needed –... More

Such a friendly, personal and lovely character hotel in the centre of Paisley. Great to relax in a family run hotel prior to our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and the taxi to the airport very reasonable. On site parking saved us almost £80 for 8 days holiday. We also enjoyed walking through Paisley to a great Thai restaurant... I found this little gem on booking.com It's a 10 minute drive from the airport and for £70 b&b you will struggle to find better! Granted there are there is odd unfinished corner but it's an old house and the people who run it are great. The breakfast is very good and served from 07:30. If you are flying early... More

My colleague and I were late arriving but were met with wonderful hospitality. My room was a large double at the front of the Hotel and it was grand and comfortable . We enjoyed at good meal with an excellent wine. Breakfast was included in the reasonable night rate which was also delicious. Although we didn't stay long enough to... More

Despite a very positive initial impression we were left feeling disappointed for following reasons: Firstly, contrary to the initial attraction of a wood burning fire on a cold October night there was no fire lit in the drawing room , merely candles within a wood burner, which created no atmosphere at all. Secondly, after ordering our drinks we were handed... More

A lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of Paisley. We received a friendly Scottish welcome. The room was comfortable and spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was fresh and the service was good.

We stayed here on our last night in Scotland as it is just minutes from the Glasgow airport. We enjoyed walking the town and had a nice meal at a local restaurant but nothing special. The hotel is nice, the room large. Our room faced the street and we probably should have reconsidered our idea of opening the windows on... More

We had the top floor room with two queen beds, full soaker tub and shower. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, which was large airy and quite. The only downside was the tiny staircase to the top, but we managed just fine. The bathroom was amazing and we wish we were there longer than a one night stop over... More

I booked this hotel for the convenience to the airport since we had an early am flight. We were pleasantly surprised by the how comfortable and nice the hotel is. It is like staying at a friends home. The owner checked us in and could not be more friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but could have used different... More
