Last minute decision to go to Ayr so this was a great find for us. The house and rooms are really lovely, obviously newly decorated and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with a selection of food available and don't be put off that you have to pre-order the night before. Only downside was that it was in Ayr which...

Stayed here while looking for a new home. Location was great, very central. Bedroom was large with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, even gluten free. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast .

First class Stay at this beach side B and B, we could not fault the place, the place is a gem, the staff cannot do enough for you, the location could not be better and you simply have to try the home cooked full Scottish breakfast with locally sourced produce. If you want a mini break and reasonable prices in...

Stayed here whilst looking in area for new home. Large family room with 2 very comfortable double beds. Short walk to places to eat for evening meal. Parking on street with permit provided by b&b. A bit chilly in dining room at breakfast time. Breakfast however was plentiful and very nice with excellent choice of items.

The breakfast is a must have and the coffee is very nice, the bed was very comfy and the staff were lovely, easy check in and out (prepaid) and the breakfast order form was simple and easy to understand, though I ordered pancakes...

The rooms are immaculate, spacious with lovely comfortable beds. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with great breakfasts. It has easy...

Our second visit to this beautifully presented, quiet B&B just one street back from the sea. We appreciated the warm welcome; friendly, helpful staff; charming room under the eaves with a view over rooftops to the sea; delicious breakfasts; perfect location that is walking distance from town and very good restaurants. We look forward to going back.
