Just back for spending 3 nights here. I was overwhelmed by the excellent service we received from both ann and yuri (and also Joshua) . I cannot fault this B&B in any way. The accommodation was spotless and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Nothing was any trouble to them, and they definitely go that xmile for their guests....

Was there for 8 nights in Aug/12. Very pleasant accommodation and welcoming hosts. I was in the single bedroom, more than adequate for a solo traveler. I booked direct on the web site, very prompt replies from Ann. Be sure to bring cash, they don't take credit cards. Just down the street from Saffy's, one of the top-rated restaurants in...

Just spent 3 nights there and have no negatives to write about at all!! I walk with sticks and found everything great Anne and yuri are gems and definitely go the extra mile for their guests. Rooms are spacious with ensuites which are slightly small but manageable even for me! Breakfast tailored to whatever u desire was absolutely delicious ever...

The bolte family were Lovely very welcoming, as a contracter I've stayed in many b and bs and this is definitely the best and reasonable priced,couple couldn't do enough to help they were fantastic. I recently stayed at the JacMar in Ayr in their single room. The b&b was really well cared for and spotless, and very inviting. Centrally located it is within a few minutes walk of both the beach and the town centre, as well as both bus and train depots. This encourages leaving the car behind and exploring, and the JacMars...

My friend and i stayed here for the Scottish National weekend. We would look no further if we came to this area again. It is a perfect place to stay, we were well peased. The comfort, food, cleanliness, friendliness and location were spot on

Myself and my son just arrived home from this fantastic B & B today after having spent the Easter weekend there. I cannot recommend this place enough! Ann bent over backwards to accomodate us by providing us with a very comfortable folding bed for my son to sleep in so that we were able to sleep in the single room....

Stayed here as part of sum family history research... location is ideal, a short walk from town centre and ayr beach. Was placed in room three which is really an en-suite twin box room , amenities... tea, coffee, kettle, freeview tv, hair dryer, the room is non smoking, clean & tidy, comfortable beds, and good central heating... ill be back...
