This hotel has now pictures on the website for a reason, the decor is mish mash of what can only be described as what ever's left let's use. Our bedroom had wallpaper hanging off or ripped off, needs a lick of paint everywhere, carpet held down with tape or not. Breakfast room well theirs fake gold supposed chandeliers but no...

This is the second time I've stayed at the Old Course Hotel in Prestwick and would highly recommend it. The owner Hardeep is so welcoming and easy to talk to. Antony, the barman and chef is a gem too, total gentleman and always smiling, as all the staff are actually! We happily played cards and charades in the lounge whilst...

I want to be positive about the hotel as the people running it seem to be trying to do the best they can however there is no doubt that the hotel needs a bit of TLC and probably a fair bit of money to get it up to a standard where you could recommend it. The good points; location is...

Our room was large and had plenty of space, clean and well kept, lovely exposed features to the room. Breakfast was good and plentiful and child friendly, serve yourself to cold hot drinks and...

Spotlessly clean, nice staff, nice breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, I arrived after midnight and was let in within two minutes of arriving. I forgot my phone charger and the lovely lady working during breakfast loaned me one. Gorgeous location looking over golf course facing...

Booked here as a park and fly when leaving from Prestwick Airport. Good for that aspect as only a short taxi trip to the airport itself. We were on a late flight and arrived after midnight. The hotel was in darkness and we were checked in by a staff member in their pyjamas! As everything was closed in the "hotel"...

Yes ok, it is a bit dated and needs some renovation but: we had a nice welcome, the family room was clean and comfortable with a good wifi, the location is perfect, close to the airport and easy for a trip to Glasgow, the breakfast was superb....it is a real bargain even for a longer stay.
