This hotel is a hard one to review, it's an ok hotel, dunno if I would be going back!! We arrived early and went to the bar for some food where they were serving carvery, the lady serving the carvery who also served breakfast is in serious need of customer service training. The staff behind the bar not the friendliest...

Hotel is old and hasn't been updated since it was built. Food is average. TV dates back to 1980s. Bathroom was old with primitive faucets. It was either very hot or very cold. Beds felt like marshmallows they were so uncomfortable. Paint is peeling off the wall. Got locked inside room when door jammed and couldn't get out. But staff...

In overall, the Auburn Lodge is a nice hotel, with charme. It is situated outside of the city-centre. We appreciated this as it was therefore quiet. You do need a car or taxi though to go into the city centre. Looking in detail at the facility we did notice that it is in dire need of renovations! The rooms were...

We stayed here while on a stag in Ennis. The willingness of the reception team to help was much appreciated and made organising a large group so much easier (thank you Helena and friends). Highly recommended!!

Very happy with our stay at the Auburn Lodge. We found it to be a nice hotel with wonderful staff, who always had the time to say Hi to our toddler, and service always came with a smile. Family room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the bar rather than in the restaurant, and found it good. We will...

I stayed in this lovely hotel with my sisters in June. The staff were a really friendly bunch. The rooms were very nice and the food was really good value. Night time in the bar seemed to be for the person who likes traditional music, but there are plenty of comfy sofas in the lobby if preferred. Lovely pool, steam room,sauna,...

I stayed with my wife at the Auburn Lodge last weekend 4/5 July as we used it as a base to visit our son in the Gaeltacht in Galway. The hotel was fine, the two girls at reception were extremely helpful as we needed to move rooms on arrival and this was done very smoothly. My only complaint which is...

Beautiful looking hotel. its in the shape of a cottage from outside and then just goes on and on inside.. although reaching the rooms can be quite a walk in itself.. the rooms are very neat and clean with a bathtub. breakfast spread is decent. veggies do not have much of a choice. we had only one difficulty that all...
