I loved every minute of this hotel. Beautiful in room bathroom with checkered tile floors, high ceilings, comfortable beds, free wifi and right in the center of the city. I would definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff on reception were wonderful, giving a typical Irish warm welcome as we checked in. The room we stayed in was nice, but unfortunately we had a hideous backstreet view from our window. There were the usual amenities in the room but there was no hairdryer in sight which can...

No warm welcome upon our arrival here. First of all, a coach was parked outside the front of the hotel (permanently, it seemed, at least during our stay), so unloading luggage was tricky to say the least. Checking in wasn't very easy either, squeezed into a tight spot in a busy and noisy lobby, with two receptionists dealing with guests...

This is the 5th time we have stayed here and will continue to do so. So central to everything, bedrooms quite due to triple glazing, newly refurbished bar area enticed us to eat there, very good i have to say. Breakfast is always a treat, even ice for the orange juice!!! See you again next time The Beans

We stayed here overnight prior to a wedding. Beautiful old hotel, stunning chandelier in the foyer. Comfortable room and good size bathroom. Very attractive bar and excellent breakfast. Very central for all shops, bars, restaurants. Friendly service at all points.

I spent two nights in the Imperial in August 2015 on business and I must say it's location in Cork city is bang in the centre of the city which is a huge advantage. It is a little dated in the rooms but they are well equipped. There is a good gym. It's quite an old building which gives you...

We stayed here for one night & the staff were so friendly & accommodating. Both myself & my boyfriend had the best night sleep - the beds were the best hotel beds we had slept in :). One downside was that breakfast wasn't included in the room price, which was a little disappointing but that wouldn't put us off staying...

I was booked into the hotel through my office. I glanced at the website and the position and gave them the go ahead. If you are retired, like Victorian-style architecture and furniture (I have absolutely nothing against that) this is the place for you. If, however, you depend on a fast wifi connection for work and are in Cork on...

We went on bus tour to this hotel, checking in was a breeze, the wee porter brought our cases to our room, and we settled down, evening meal was booked for 6.30 , there were 50 of us altogether for the meal, due to the large crowd, the service was very slow, we waited around 40 minutes for our main...

I was in Cork for a family birthday. Stayed at the Imperial. Got a nice treat of an upgrade. Room was spacious and very quiet. Staff are well trained and helpful. Had tea in cafe and drinks in bar. Bar is newly upgraded and saw a slight need for polishing here of chrome and glass as it shows a little.
