Booked via Groupon for my wife and I for the weekend of February 12th (two nights). It's a 3:00pm checkin, so it's late enough as it is. Arrived at 2:50pm. Room not ready and receptionist asked if we could call back in 20 minutes. We gave it 40. Room still not ready, and we were asked to wait further. Receptionist...

We recently had Sunday lunch in Bellini's restaurant which I have to say it was amazing. Great choice, portions just right and friendly service. Seating areas very private so you don't feel that you are on top of each other. Really can't fault it.

From reception to waiter staff a friendly and pleasant experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there with wonderful spa facilities. Highly recommendable. All our meals were of an extremely high standard. Did not get to sample the afternoon tea which looked awesome.

I recently visited the Maryborough spa with my mother for the day. From the minute we walked into the spa we were greeted by tHe most amazing staff. The spa itself was gorgeous and had the most beautiful thermal suite. I received a back neck and shoulder massage and a foot ritual and my mother revived a back massage. Neither...

Beautiful hotel, found the staff very friendly. Needed a walk in shower, on arrival the receptionist switched our room to accommodate this. The breakfasts filled you up for the day with a great selection to choose from. All in all a real touch of class!!

We flew home to had A 2 night spa package. It is a lovely hotel, the room was nice and clean but the towels were quite worn and the view was only toward other hotel rooms.
