Oh my god what a hotel, the service from Edel at reception to Dave the manager is exceptional, I cannot actually fault anything in this hotel. The care to Attention and detail is just amazing, the decor to my room with balcony view is astounding, the staff could not be faulted in anyway as they go above and beyond in...

This hotel looks amazing from outside and one has to give points for trying with interior decor but ! We were given a suite which was spacious and comfortable with a good view of the city, the staff were friendly & helpful. The service in the restaurant was slow although the staff were friendly there too. We had breakfast in...

If you are looking for a private venue for approx. 40 people, with attentive staff, great food and service then this should be at the top the list. From the moment we met Gillian to discuss our requirements we knew we has selected the right location. The room on the night looked so beautiful and the attention to detail did...

Ended up in this historic property as a result of an airbnb gone wrong, and the price was right. Many holiday parties with cheeky overmakeuped women in the lobby added to the general strangeness of the overall experience. Recent updates to the interior include some zesty wallpapers, and I truly enjoyed the fabulous bathtub (which could have been cleaner). I...

My wife and I stated here a couple of nights. We found that since our last stay a couple of years ago the dining room and lounge have been made into one. As we are both teetotal we are not fond of dining in a bar. However the atmosphere was lovely, mostly food service. We had guests in for dinner...

The room was well equipped with flat screen TV , iron , ironing board, plenty clothes hangers , kettle ,tea...

The hotel looks nice from the outside but was far from a four star hotel. The room is small, dated, equipped with the worst bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Bathroom is cramped, shower seals have something like mold on them, soap dispenser was broken, towels were hanged from a heater, and worst of all - the sink...

This 4 star hotel is literally at the top of a hill! It's a 10 minute walk down town but it's all uphill trek back! The car park is quiet small and we had to park out on the road until the evening which wasn't a problem. The staff in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Our room had...

Here for a birthday celebration and has to be said, the staff here were superb in helping to organise the event. Stephanie in reception was a pleasure to deal with. The hotel restaurant McGettigans well worth a visit and the function room we had was perfect for a gathering of 50-100 people. Finger food was served and the quality of the...
