Our stay at the Hayfield Manor hotel was delightful. The staff are helpful and warm, the facility is beautiful. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as were the two dinners we had there. Cozy nooks and crannies provide plenty of places for resting and relaxing. Cork City is within easy walking distance but the hotel seems...

This the second time I have had the pleasure of staying at Hayfield Manor. It is by a country mile the best hotel I've stayed at. I know that places like Ashford Castle have golf, horse riding and falconry but those facilities don't hold must interest for me. Its the overall welcoming feeling and the attention to detail that make...

Excellent hotel made extra special by the staff. From Frank and Michael the Concierge to Robbie in the bistro. We did not encounter one bad member of staff over 3 days everyone was helpful. Rooms were fab. Food in the bistro was excellent. Leisure centre was lovely.

The facility, staff and amenities at Hayfield Manor live up to their motto of "Above the Best." After 9 days at HM, it will be difficult for other hotels to ever match their performance during our stay. You may pay a little more for the experience, but it definitely is worth it.

Just wrapping up several wonderful days here. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff were amazing. I need to return to Ireland just to stay here again. Rory was especially fun in the bar, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay extremely special.

We booked a 1 night stay with breakfast, got a great last minute deal. While booking, we mentioned that one member of the group would celebrate her birthday a few days later. The receptionist we spoke to kindly recommended us for an upgrade and on arrival we were upgraded from a family room, to a grand suite! It was such...

Absolutely fabulous. Children loved the separate "family room" and the pool. Took part in the Fota Wildlife Park tour, which the hotel set up. Such a fun experience. Food was lovely, service fantastic. Will stay again. Wish we had stayed longer in fact!

On our continued tour of Ireland we travelled down the country to Cork. On a previous stay at the Merrion Hotel Dublin we had asked for hotel recommendations and they were happy to recommend the Hayfield Manor Hotel. We arrived at around 3pm and were treated by the door staff (Michael) he was very courteous and assisted us to offload...

I booked this as a 21st birthday surprise for my niece and from the very first e mail I sent them and the reply given I knew they would make it very special.
