Best B&B or hotel I've stayed in through work anywhere, so friendly and breakfast was never too much, you wanted poached, fried, scrambled or I might laugh at it, squishy egg in a cup, just stay here, awesome girls with such huge hearts, I miss you all, and yes Gary let me down too.

I stayed three nights in Gabriel House. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the gardens and city. I had a little window seat where I enjoyed an evening cup of tea or glass of wine looking out over the Cork skyline. The gardens looked lovely but due to inclement weather I didn't get a...

My room was number 13, lucky for me, a great view of the city, comfortable, spotless, nice size bathroom. Breakfast is second to none and the staff are always available and helpful. I certainly will return to Gabriel House and I look forward to it. The best bed and breakfast I have stayed in a long time.

Lovely guest house - it was clean, nicely decorated, spacious room and the breakfast was delicious. The parking spaces were down a rather steep ramp which was a bit of a heart stopper but it was large and a lot of availability. Short walk into Cork with various restaurants and pubs on way. I would recommend Gabriels.

Thank you StaceyMay for taking time out to Review. We are a bit tortured her in Cork with the hills, but on the other hand we have to views from these hills to make up for it. Thank you and we are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. Kind regards, Kathleen

My wife and I stayed at Gabriel House during a recent visit to Ireland. It sits about a 10-minute walk from the edge of the city and maybe 15-20 from city center. It's extremely convenient to get around, but we liked the quietness of being a bit outside of the city itself. While it is a B&B, there are somewhere...

Great friendly staff, located a short walk (10 min) from city centre, it's a lovely old building that has been updated to a great standard. Amazing shower in my room. Hugh comfy bed and wifi that works. Breakfast was fab, with loads of choice. It has a large car park.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful from the moment of arrival to the moment of leaving. The building is a beautiful Georgian building with a shallow sweeping staircase so even though i have mobility issues it wasn't a problem. Neither was the steep slope down into the building. I just allowed plenty of time and took things easy. The...

A bit of an uphill walk, but worth it. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms, full breakfast. I didn't love Cork City, but I did like these lodgings. They gave me info for self-guided walks, which I enjoyed.
