An excellent family run guest house, good for the business or single traveler. Very nice room, with WI FI and television. Very good bathroom. Excellent hygiene standard, plus excellently decorated. Very nice breakfasts also, and Brendan is very friendly and helpful owner. Just 10-15 minutes walk to Cork city center, or adjacent to UCC campus. Restaurants / Cafe's nearby.

Stayed here after a weird night in a hotel. Booked after consulting with the tourist office at their suggestion. Brendan was accommodating and deferential and the breakfast was splendid. Not the quietest, but no bed and breakfast place is, really. Showers were great and location is excellent for strolling and proximity to UCCork and parks and riverwalks.

Audley House is a real gem. The rooms are lovely and the location is as close to UCC and the city centre as one could get. The owners are very helpful which counts for a lot especially on first visits to Cork. This includes calling taxis, giving directions and excellent advice on restaurants, pubs and tourist sites. I have been...

We stayed here over the Jazz festival weekend, great location and Brendan was an excellent host! Nothing too much trouble. Rooms well equipped and bed comfy, room 3 lovely and quiet. It wasn't a cheap stay given its not a Hotel at £130 night B&B but as its only a 15 min walk to city centre I guess they can...

The rooms were very nice, clean. Parking is tricky. Breakfast was very good, our hosts were very helpful with directions and places to visit. It was quiet, it was a bit of a walk to the main area of Cork though. Make sure to visit the market. You

We spent two nights at Audley House and we enjoyed our stay in spite of the small rooms and narrow bed (1.40 m). That we had such a good time was largely due to Brendon, who took such good care of us. Full of advices and good tips on where to eat and what to see while serving an excellent...
