This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. From the friendly, genuine and accommodating service provided by the staff, to the warm and homely atmosphere throughout the hotel, it really cannot be bettered. It is very convenient to all the sites and sounds of Donegal town whether you be a mountain trekker or fond of the odd Guinness or...

Can't fault the hotel at all, room was amazing and breakfast was perfect. We also attended a wedding at the hotel and the function room was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back in the future.

We only stayed one night here recently, and from the moment of arrival it had that welcoming feel to it. Possibly because the receptionist was one of the most genuinely friendly and helpful receptionists I've encountered, only sorry I didn't get her name for special mention. I have to be honest we had already arranged a meal in the town,...

I recently stayed here for three nights with my parents and two year old son. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The hotel is a great base for exploring the gorgeous beaches in this part...

Hubby and I decided at the last minute to book a trip to Donegal. We booked here on the Tuesday and arrived on the Wednesday and we were not disappointed. Our room was very spacious, clean and recently decorated. Service was excellent in all departments, staff were very friendly and welcoming. My husband usually sleeps with a fan and requested...

Could not believe the spacious rooms! And our room on the ground floor had it's own patio door to the outside where there was a table and 2 chairs in the courtyard. Loved Donegal overall, and this hotel was about a 10 minute walk into town.

Just back from a couple of days at this hotel and must stay that we had a great time here and in the local area. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. The food was great in particular the breakfast set us right up for days sight-seeing. The only bad point is the poor/non-existent wifi, for an hotel like this not...

My husband and I visited Ireland several years ago and throughout our tour of the country, this was one of our favorites. We mixed up our lodging choices to include B & B's, hotels, etc. We noticed that many of the hotels offered smaller rooms, baths, etc, than what we were used to at home, but 1) that's part of...

Not sure why this hotel carries the stars it does. Hotel was more a 3* hotel. On arrival there was a wedding on and they had taken over the lobby area which made the check in process a bit tricky. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was very odd. Felt cheaply decorated with the white tiles all round....
