The staff make it. I had a number of issues that required attention (changes to arrangements, extra requests, etc). Every time I went looking for someone to deal with my issue I found the relevant person quickly and easily and my issue was dealt with efficiently and accurately and things got done as requested. Nothing was a problem. Everything was possible. So the sort of minor issue that could have blown up into a major one was dealt with and I didn't have to worry about it. It made my stay so much more enjoyable. All of the staff were excellent and had the same high standards of service. They should all take a bow.

We spent a couple of nights here recently in December. The staff are very professional and friendly. The room was lovely with view of the mountains. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. We also did a wine tasting with the head sommelier which was fun and we learned a bit too. The grounds are lovely. Close to the town as well. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a wedding and the night after. Everything from the moment we arrived was fantastic. We were met on arrival and brought to our lakeside room (bigger than some apartments) with a sitting room, two tvs and free standing bath. The only negates that I didn’t find the spa music setting in the bathroom until after I had a bath. The wedding was wonderful and the room beautiful. The breakfasts each morning were brilliant with fresh pancakes and natural honey. Dinner the next day was a 4 course delight! I had the scallops and the venison both of which were phenomenal. It came with an amuse bouchée, champagne sorbet and choice of desserts. We went for a lovely walk by the lake. One of a couple of routes you can do. The tiny touches were what really took it to the next level. We were given milk and fresh cookies with fruit both days. Everywhere we went we were met by staff ready to answer any questions. I’d highly recommend Harvey’s Point for a romantic break.
