We have just got back from a 2 night stay at this B&B and have no complaints at all. The room was spacious, clean and had a really comfy bed. The owners are really pleasant and helpful, and are more than happy for you to leave your luggage whilst you explore the City. Location is amazing. Bus stops right outside...

I've stayed here a few times I've always enjoyed it. The people are really nice and the breakfast is great. its very handy for me because I can get a bus there all the way from the station. Would strongly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this bed and breakfast last night. It was very noisy during the night with passing traffic. I rang down at 4.10 am and they suggested we move to a back room that was available. This did solve the issue but there should not have been an issue in the first place! The breakfast was...

I, a 20 something professional, and my mom, in her 60s, stayed at this B&B 4 nights total (3 at the beginning of our stay in Dublin and one at the end of our trip) and were very satisfied with our stay. We arrived early on a Friday, and they offered us tea while we checked in. We were able...

Friends had recommended the Abbey Leigh House, and we were not disappointed. We followed the proprietor’s instructions regarding bus transportation from Dublin airport and arrived across the street from the B&B in about twenty minutes. Having taken an overnight flight from Boston, my son and I arrived quite a bit before what we assumed would be check-in time but had...

We came to this B&B in need of a place to stay for two nights, coming from other city as we were on holidays in Ireland. We found the place in an excellent location, very close to the city centre by bus, and not far from the airport as it had an AirCoach Bus stop only a couple meters up...

Wonderful personal service, the hotel is in a good location - you could easily walk downtown and also has bus stops right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and although it is not a new property, everything worked very well. Breakfast was good, and the atmosphere is friendly and homey. I would definitely stay there again.

I found the place to be in need of serious update. Felt like room needed a good deep clean. There were cobwebs and it felt grubby. Breakfast nothing to write home about. I opted for fried eggs on toast they were hard yolked and very crispy on the bottom. Should have been binned and redone. Not value for money. Would...

My experience at Abbeyleigh is perhaps best characterised in my advice to others- stay clear. While other's experience of this guesthouse may have been favourable, mine most certainly was not and was decidedly at odds with the opinion of others that have reviewed. In particular, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the breakfast average and the service brisk and the property...

Firstly we are not a Guesthouse we are a Bed and Breakfast. We at Abbeyleigh house find it extremely insulting you compare us with a hostel as the two could never be compared. Also at Abbeyleigh house we are graded and inspected every year by the tourist board and we exceed all their standards. Secondly we at Abbeyleigh house do...

The B&B is located in Upper Leeson Street, not far from St Stephens Green (walking) and is a short bus ride into O'Connell Street, with the bus stop into town directly outside. While the location is good is it on what must be on of the busiest two lane (one way) streets and the traffic never seems to abate. The...
