Hey People! Dublin is a great city and the people are very friendly there. The Holyhead Hostel. Positive The location is great and the staff is very friendly. Negative Mattresses were very old and they had bedbugs in it. The Holyhead promised via Facebook that I would get some money back for the inconvenience. But they won't react on my...

We came to hostel after 10pm and they still had one double-room vacant. Hostel is located just 1km (or even less) from the Temple Bar - Dublin's night-life centre. The beds were very clean and comfortable, white duvet and pillows smells with freshness. There were fresh towels on the bed and that was a very nice surprise too. The staff-guy...

I was very disappointed to find the room in a quite filthy condition. There was no window and also no ventilation system which lead to an accumulation of mold all along the ceiling right above the bed. Same in the showers. They went into the room (without asking even though i left my phone number) and cleaned some of it...

Unfortunately our separate beds were riddled with some sort of flea/mite. Definitely not bed bugs because we have had them before and this was completely different. Four weeks home and we are still trying to rid ourselves and our home of the bugs we contracted, despite rigorous cleaning. It has been difficult to say the least, emotionally, physically and mentally....

Good location, very central. Quite friendly staff. Clean and nice size room with sink. Breakfast across the road at O'shea's very cheap! Good place for students or backpacker's. To those Don't go if you are expecting luxury.

Small but nice for a short stay, beds were nice and it is very close to O'Connell street and Temple Bar so it's in a good location. Toilets and shower are shared, but were kept clean. No breakfast served, and charged after 11pm for check in, doesn't say that on the website

Where to start...everything about this place was awful. I booked a standard single room for 5 nights back in April. The room was small, smelly and the floor was dirty. The sink was also dirty and had pubic hairs in it. There was no window in the room!!! How that can pass health and safety I'll never know! The walls...

Old and small but rather nice hostel in central Dublin, close to everything. Small rooms but enough for us as we were only sleeping there. Nice beds. You share both toilet and shower withh others but it was kept very clean. Recommended!

The manager is a scam artist he tries everything to rip you off! He ripped me off for 188 euro. Also the rooms aren’t as pretty as they are portrayed at the pictures. There are enough other places in Dublin in the same area for a better price with breakfast and a friendly reasonable manager.
