Sandra and Ken were absolutely perfect hosts! We really felt warmly welcome. Breakfast was great and location very near to bus stops to city center and airport. There were couple of stores and pubs close to Botanic Villa too, so it wasn't necessary to go to city center if you wanted to have something to eat. Our room was nice... More

It was a small room, especially the bathroom, for two people, but for the price and location it was good. Sandra and Ken were extremely nice, Sandra was able to help us look for a place in Clonmel and in Galway. Our first Irish breakfast included everything in it unlike the rest of our stays. We were able to park... More

The room was clean and tidy. It is 'out of town' but there is a bus stop near by and regular buses into the city centre even on a Sunday and in the early evenings. The locals all seemed very friendly and helpful. The owners are very welcoming and full of advice on the best places to visit to make... More

We stayed here two nights in July -- was better than I expected it would be. Ken was super accommodating and helpful with directions, where to park our car, and breakfast. We were expecting to have a twin bed room with a shared bathroom and we ended up getting a double bed (with two twin beds also) and our own... More

To suit our budget, we found we had to stay a bit outside the city. This was an excellent location with very convenient bus service. Sandra was most helpful with planning via e-mail beforehand and Ken chipped in when we got there. Very comfortable accommodations, excellent food, and gracious hosts.

This is the second time that I stayed at Botanic Villa. Sandra and Ken are so friendly and helpful. Sandra is a great hostess. The home is very close to a bus stop and Sandra has the bus numbers printed on the business cards. She also let me know that the fares had increased since my last visit. I make... More

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave tips on where to visit in Dublin and even which bus to catch and what it would cost to get there! Rooms are clean and comfortable if a little small. Full Irish breakfast is included in the morning. Only (very minor) complaint would be that the wifi doesn't work upstairs,... More

Stayed at Botanic Villa for two nights with my mom. Great location to hop on bus into town centre, as well as a delicious pub called Hedigan's up the road. Would rate this B&B between 3.5/4. Sandra and Ken are willing to do whatever needed to help - pointing out bus options, lending me her iPad to book a flight... More
