There was over 20 of us who stayed here for two nights for a hen doo and couldn't really complain. Was walking distance to Dublin city center, temple bar etc. Big rooms and all the facilities you'd need. Not the best but for the price what do you really expect, we was too busy

Poorly maintained rooms, old furniture, uncomfortable beds, not particularly clean, noisy. Perhaps it could be a good option for groups of youngsters since the rooms are pretty big and - when the price is shared - it can be quite cheap. But, generally, I would not recommend it.

Where to begin! Very rarely have staff available, no contact before 11am and sporadic afterwards. Hot water works but the pump is in the bedroom so you need ear plugs any time a tap is on, along with drowning out the noise of everyone else drunk. Students and drunks, so people

"I would not be able to recommend this hotel"
"Try for a room on the 1st floor, as the lift is very slow so would be quicker to walk to your room up 1 short flight of stairs."
"difficult to say, ask to be assured of a room with none of the above problems, avoid room 202"
"Even if you have to pay a little more, or stay father away from the city center to meet your budget, do it. If there is a room with non-noisy plumbing and a comfortable bed, it's a secret. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It's good points do not outweigh the bad."
"Send them a email telling what time you are going to arrive, as the reception is not 24h"
