740 euros for 3 nights 5 lads 4 single beds in one bedroom (would've been comfier on the floor) Not one hot shower Thursday-Sunday Water ran out 3/4 days Lift broken 3/4 days Couch broken Sheets dirty Fire alarm went off 6:30am Sunday morning, no staff there to sort it out. Most depressing place I've ever stayed

Poorly maintained rooms, old furniture, uncomfortable beds, not particularly clean, noisy. Perhaps it could be a good option for groups of youngsters since the rooms are pretty big and - when the price is shared - it can be quite cheap. But, generally, I would not recommend it.

Where to begin! Very rarely have staff available, no contact before 11am and sporadic afterwards. Hot water works but the pump is in the bedroom so you need ear plugs any time a tap is on, along with drowning out the noise of everyone else drunk. Students and drunks, so people smoke and surprise surprise 6am smoke alarm and building...

I spent five days here with my family. Pros: very well located, we could go walking almost everywhere in Dublin, even to Phoenix Park. Also there is a very nice pub area next to it (go to Rilley's on thursday, fri or sat if you can!) The apartament was big and clean, too. And the folks working there were quite...

It was hard to find and out of the way to most everything. VERY noisy guests both nights. Every time some one turned on the water or flushed the toilet an extremely loud pump of some kind would turn on and it was so loud you could barely stand it. There was a bad smell and the building and furnishings...

Visited in June for a stag weekend. Apartments are basic and a bit shabby but were clean and suitable for a group of lads. I wouldn't take the family there but ideal for stag parties or lads holidays. Wifi is hidden but not too hard to find using instructions. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Reception is rarely...

Basic but clean , no hot water for shower & bathroom very very small compared to rest of apartment . Noisy when flushing toilet, lasts for 10 mins the noise of pipes banging . Cheap but basic, ok location. Good 20 to 30 mins walk into city centre.

The appts have free wifi, are nice and spacey and are suitably appointed. However they are not in the best condition. Also the staff are very poor - given the wrong key 3 times in a row (upsetting all sorts of people as I walked in on them).

“Try for a room on the 1st floor, as the lift is very slow so would be quicker to walk to your room up 1 short flight of stairs.”

“Even if you have to pay a little more, or stay father away from the city center to meet your budget, do it. If there is a room with non-noisy plumbing and a comfortable bed, it's a secret. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It's good points do not outweigh the bad.”
