We recently stayed in this establishment and it was by far the best B&B I have stayed in this year. Maura & Keith are a young couple with a lovely well mannered family. We arrived late in the middle of the week - Maura showed us the immaculate dining room and our lovely comfortable bedroom. Maura's attention to detail is...

I was very stressed about booking a hotel in Dublin as I had never visited and do not know much about the city at all. I was attending a wedding in Lutrrestown Castle about 30 mins outside of Dublin but wanted to stay in Dublin since I had a couple of days to explore the city before the wedding. The...

Stayed here at begining of our trip. Our host was very inviting and wonderful. Had a great breakfast selection as well. The rooms were slightly small but nice bathrooms and water pressure. The area is very quite.

We have spent two days in this comfortable b&b. Bedrooms are very comfortable and bathrooms are clean. I like location and style of this B&b very much! It isn't located in the City centre but it enjoys good communication thanks to public transport just out it. Breakfast is very good and Moira and her husband are very kind and welcoming....

Our rooms were perfect - so clean, comfortable and equipped with everything a visitor would ever need. The area was superb - a quick bus trip from the airport, to downtown Dublin and everywhere we wanted to go. The bus stop was 50 yards from the front door. The breakfast was yummy - plenty of food and a great variety....

Shantalla Lodge is conviently located between Dublin airport and downtown Dublin (easily reachable by bus or a short drive by car). Very family-friendly. Wonderful breakfast. Moira and Keith are the perfect hosts. We (myself, my wife, our 14-year old daughter) highly recommend this B&B!

We made our third visit to Shantalla Lodge. Our hostess Moira treats us like family. The rooms are so clean and comfy, the breakfasts are so nice, and the hospitality is so genuine that we have made Shantalla Lodge our Irish home base. We thought we were among this B&B's most frequent guests until we met a mature German couple...

We warmly could recommend this fantastic B&B. This B&B is perfectly located between Dublin airport (no noise) and Dublin city. Bus #16 will bring you within 20 mins directly to the City. Room #1 was perfect for us. Clean, light and spaceous :) this room provides 1 EU connector adapter and umbrella as well. Moira really is an exzellent host...
