On a recent trip to Dublin, a city that impressed me because of his friendly welcoming people, architecture and culture/traditions.. The Trinity College is a landmark for academia, history, beauty, reflection and contrast.. Campus, the Book of Kells and its more than stunning library made me smile more than once, and also celebrate with some Guinness..

We specifically went to see The Book of Kells, but I was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed with beautiful campus. I didn't know what to expect, but the campus is very clean and has the most beautiful architecture. The Book of Kells was really neat to see, but my favorite part of the visit was the Old Library and Long...

I was just visiting the campus and admiring the 18C buildings, greens and cobbled quadrangles.I did not stay on the campus itself. Lost of statues dot the campus and I imagine that when the weather is good it is a delightful place to spend time. I particulary enjoyed seeing the Becket quote on a window on the campus-" All it...

I spent two weeks in Dublin during July and rented a room on campus. The location is really great, all the main sights and the Temple bar are a few minutes walk. The room wasn't expensive, it was cleaned daily and I had my own bathroom, which wasn't the case with my two colleagues who shared bathrooms with one other room.The...

A beautiful campus. A great way to spend a couple of hours. Seeing the book of Kells is a must and the library is a book lovers dream. I felt like I stepped into a fancy Victorian aristocrat's library.

We actually rented a dorm room on campus during the summer. It was very inexpensive and in a good location. Temple Bar is not a long walk, although there was a lot of construction around so sometimes we were directed to alternate routes. The room was clean and we actually got a double bed. However, we did have to share...

Couldn't help but enjoy wandering around the grounds of Trinity College listening to the history told by our guide, a charming and funny story telling Trinity student. Highlights of the excursion was the architecture, the old library and the Book of Kells. The latter was a delight and the manuscript and the drawings are incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend this delightful...

We spent a wonderful sunny sunday afternoon walking through the grounds of this beautiful campus. The architecture is stunning, well worth the stroll around. The walk leads you to the exhibition for the book of kells.

Be sure to take the tour...lead by one of the students attending Trinity College. My husband and I were captivated by what we learned about the campus, school life, and enjoyed seeing the different buildings. Of course, be sure to take the time to see the Book of Kells. The Campus bookstore had an excellent selection of merchandise officially from...
