Just returned from Dublin after staying at The Charles Stewart for a few days with a friend. Can't really fault the place at all for the price we paid. Cheap and cheerful. Great location near to everything you need, shops, bars, restaurants etc! The room was fine, clean, warm, fully equipped! The breakfast was a bit chaotic, only one server...

Outstanding value for money. Centrally located this is a great base for exploring Dublin. The staff were very polite and happy to help in any way they could. There is a luggage store, TV room and toilet available to use before and after check in. There are no hairdryers in the room however you can collect one to loan from...

Short walk into city centre and close to hop on hop off bus stops. Very comfortable hotel with helpful staff and good rooms. A few free parking spots at back of hotel but do not belong to hotel. Breakfast was substantial and good choice of food.

Stayed for a long weekend at the Charles Stewart. Staff were lovely, and the hotel was always very warm, especially during the cold snowy weather in Feb. The room was a bit dated, and the shower door was broken. Very noisy bathroom, but very spacious room. Everything was clean, but needs a revamp. Location was good, very close the city...

If you look around on the net, you can get a better hotel for the price. The CS has very friendly staff and serves a hearty breakfast, but it is in need of a makeover. The rooms can be cold in winter, and some of the bathrooms are tiny. With a major overhaul this could be so much better.

We've just had the perfect weekend, Thr foundation if this being the location, perfect for the central Dublin sights. Hotel is very friendly, very clean. Breakfast is very nice as is the dinning area. The only thing to be aware off is no lift, this is fine by me as we enjoy a good walk and some additional exercise. Murrays...

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights for approx £210 - this included breakfast, although we only ended up using the breakfast room once due to trips out etc. The breakfast was pretty basic, and not what I'd call a 'full-irish' but it was well cooked and there was plenty of cereal etc on offer. The room we...

The hotel is in a great location on O'Connell St. The Airlink 747 is the best way to reach it from the airport (€10 return). Booking.com rate it 8.1 which it definitely is not! But if you set your expections a little lower it is an ok hotel for the price. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. It...
