I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! When we arrived the receptionist wasn't interested, the rooms are in a poor poor state, coving missing, broken tiles, window catches broken off and left on the side! To top our trip off when we returned to our room at 2300hrs our key had gone missing from reception and when we were given...

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of March. Friendly staff and accommodating, we asked for extra pillows on the first night and they were in our room on our return from our evening out. On arrival our room wasn't quite ready but we were able to store our luggage safely and go out until we could access our...

In my case it was a 4 night stay at the hotel and i had no problems there. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from O`Connell Street and all the shopping areas. Temple Bar no more than 10-15 mins walking as well. The staff was very professional and nice. As my room was located in the back part...

After several phone calls and emails nothing back. One member of staff by the name Mario was very very rude and so unhelpful. Could not get me...

The first time I stayed, I woke in the middle of the night to find the room freezing as there was a skylight in the room that could not be closed. Nonetheless I stayed a second time, as I put it down to my own lack of initiative for not ringing reception at 4am. The second time was adequate. The...
